Hi,
I am having trouble removing a fixing pin from the kick start and am expecting it to be damaged once it?s out. Any ideas where I can source a replacement..it?s part number is 207 and it?s bolt is 208.
Thanks
Andy

If you have not done so already, cultivate a local machinist (most of them like beer) as a friend. That's a very easy piece to make for someone with a lathe and a mill. You could probably cut the taper by hand with a file if you're careful. Parts for 100s are hard to come by, outside of Italy.

Soinds like the classic old cotter pin that used to hold our bicycle cranks on - 2nd hand bikes made in the 40s and 50s - we'd bash them flat trying to tighten them or destroy the threads getting them out. Cotterless cranks and square tapers were a modern invention!!

Those are the ones.
