I've heard of this phenomena of shrinking clothing.

Maybe I look after my clothing, various, a bit better as none of mine shrink...

And your waist isn't expanding ... which is why most of ours appear to be shrinking

I don't care if a $30 T shirt gets a bit tight, but a $1000 Dainese Gortex Jaket is a whole other can of worms. Thankfully, the Venus Repair shop in Sydney managed to expand sections so it still fits. Expensive but doable, they repair race leathers as well. My new boots wouldn't allow my bloody expensive bike pants to go over the boots; they fixed that as well.

I’m starting to think there is no point in me worrying about gaining/losing a few pounds here or there as all the race clobber you have to wear now for road racing weighs a bloody ton, so much so that I now have to have a courtier to help me dress and get on the bike…..
