New Coils for 1983 RGS...

Those pre-insulated connectors do not crimp the wire, they're simply squashed over it. Might hold up well in a clean, dry, vibration-free environment such as a car dashboard, but not much good on a motorcycle for any extended length of time.

Even if they are brass, which is good, the connection to the wire itself remains flimsy and failure prone.

The small pic doesn't do justice; they're Japanese brass crimp connectors with proper heat shrink, not the crushy plastic kind.

Mmmm, somfinks telling me Mitsubishi for these ones....... but I’ve been givin the brain cells buggery during lockdown 🤪
still have some brain cells left Hooksey, you are correct, Mitsubishi for the RGS/SFC models
Nology coil mount is at 90 degrees to those Mitsubishi coils which makes the bracket a bit akward
I do use Nology coils on the 750's and 180 degree triples
