Hi all I’m very new here but have just started on a restoration of my 500 AlpinoS
First off I need brake seal kits and rubbers
And would really like to rebuild the carbs
Are these parts made from unobtainium
And if not can anyone please point me in a direction to get these parts
I’m in the Northern Territory of Aus but I don’t care where I get bits from
Thanks anyone in advance
Oh I would really like to get a workshop manual
So many questions haha sorry

have all the parts in stock that you are after
pity you did not post 3 weeks ago, I stopped in Katherine on my way to Hidden Valley from Brisbane and on the way back again when we went racing there only a couple of weeks ago
stayed at the Pine Tree Motel both times
 
Katherine! Cool! Bet you'll have the only Laverda in the town!

Imagine how good that would have been - hand delivered parts from the Redax Racing Team bus!

Hey yeah well I was at Hidden valley and just loved the racing hope Herfoss is OK now.
Oh well maybe another year.
I have had this 500 for over 20 years and did own a Jota 120 that Noddy in Canberra now has back again. Plus we got four Ducatis so Italian all the way.
Well if you are ever back this way look me up I been here for about 45 years

Do you have any decent motorcycle roads in Katherine? All I can remember from last time I was there on a bike (many years ago now) it's just miles of mostly straight highway across a flat countryside. Maybe the road out along the gorge has some ups, downs and bends in it.

Your welcome to that 🥶 Im hoping to get to Tassie early next year all going negatively testing well as I keep hearing about the roads so thought I should do that. Bit early to make a call but I have put in for 5 weeks leave cos Id like to go to the world Super bikes if they are on
Im sitting outside "working from home" and its a beautiful 30 degs light breeze and we cant go anywhere cos we are in lochdown☹️
