New Jota 180 exhausts

The last time I thought about getting my old Jota back on the road I found a guy who was making chromed steel exhaust systems for Jotasnrather than stainless ones which can be brittle. I'll have a dig through my old emails to see if I can find his contacts if anyone's interested. If I recall correctly they were around £1200 for a full system but it was quite some time ago.

Hi .. I've got 'jota' pipes on my RGS . They are much thicker than the the genuine Jota pipes I bought the Rgs with ... these were OBSCENE loud . I'll dig out the manufacture for you . They are much quieter but still give the JOTA laverda howl

Your probably the chap I was in contact with my email is pcapon@btinternet.com
I'm 62 and have numerous bikes that all need work done on them to put them on the road. My dilemma is which ones to sell and which to put back on the road. Wher do I start I have:-
1981 180 Jota that's been sitting in a damp garage for 30 years that will need at least pipes, shocks, lump cover and a battery plus consumerables.
1998 Formula S that's been sitting for 20 years that needs HT caps, I expect the injectors will need at least a clean out or replacing and a battery plus consumerables
1974 Mk2A Commando that's been sitting for 25 years that needs a new gearbox case
1987 RZV 500 that melted the gearbox on the way back from the TT. I have a replacement cluster but needs a full engine reassembly. I bought it accident damaged so it is scruffy. There is nothing like one of these to put a smile on your face when you ride one.
1953 Tiger 100 semi restored but needs engine, gearbox and wheels rebuilt. This was bought new by my father in 1953.
Best part of a unit construction late 60 Bonneville bitser. I have loads of bits including a T140 bottom end. This lot is probably the easiest to let go.
