New laverda website

Hi and welcome. I’m located in South Shropshire not that far from you. (The missus works at Birmingham Children’s Hospital). Got a Jarama at present. Love the Liberator. Bring it down to our meeting in June (see attached). As an aside I see you own a CB250RS, what a cracking little bike they are . Had one 42 years ago and loved it.

Hi TC, thanks for sharing the webpage. And yes, I give you permission to keep the pics of my bike on there... ;-)

BTW: mine came to me as a Cico bodywork equiped standard 1000 3CL/Jota from 1981. To get it registered in Germany with that bodywork though, my brother helped the previous owner by showing pics of the Cropredy Liberator to the authorities. This resulted in the German TÜV putting it even into the papers of the bike, which show now: Brand: Laverda, Model: Cropredy Liberator...! So - even if not built in UK (and even if not true!) mine shows at least in the papers to be Number 7... 😇
 
Thanks Lothar, I was hoping owners would get in touch to either approve or disapprove, I could do a small write up on yours if you like ? with the information you supplied, I like the half fairing, I've got a 1980 jota fairing id like to try.
I really would like the owners of the pictured bikes to have a write up on the site.
