this is the bike that will have the full race fairing in dark green and silver frame. Perhaps it may even get twisted and bored.
let’s see what the engine shows when it’s open. So for all the eyeball rollers it won’t be orange !!!

There are many dreaded nations out there. Amongst them all us kiwis have been known to be back yard butchers too. So don’t start bagging the Spaniards please. It really pisses me off , I mean really.

Well all I can say is the Spanish bikes I have bought (several) have been the most mistreated and badly repaired I've ever seen but that doesn't mean I don't like the Spanish people, I think they are great so keep your hat on.

Mate. I see people complaining about every nation here. It gives me the shits. You are all old enough to behave and be courteous about other cultures
You have the choice to buy the bike or not. So no one should bitch about something that they knowingly bought , in general for anyone , if it was mis treated and yet you still bought it , there is no reason to moan. . Make your bed and sleep in it comes to mind. I say take a look in your own backyard before you say something about someone else’s.
So I will leave my hat off , anyone who thinks it’s cool to be a dick about other people and their countries should stay quiet or not be here.

Well I think you are over reacting. I don't even know what you are getting worked up about. The bikes I have bought from Spain have been in a terrible state, butchered and broken. That is just a fact no matter how lovely the people are. Anyway I've said my piece and you can take it whatever way you like because I couldn't care less.

I really struggle at times like this to know what to do for the best. Delete posts, warn of inappropriate language and the lack of respect? Or put it down to the effects of Covid and cabin fever?

I suppose that in this world where every body communicates but very few can actually read or write, one should put one of those smiley things to indicate sarcasm or humour.
It's certainly not my intention to aim any sort of criticism at the Spaniards but as a regular of Laverda forums you should know that Spanish bikes have a reputation for being very tired and it was that reputation I was taking the piss out of.

The only nation I take the piss out of is the English but I can do that since I'm a subject of her Gracious Majesty, long may she live.
The English spend their time importing complete wrecks so as to make a fast buck and then take the piss out of the country where the bikes originate from.
Foreigners, those terrible people know that they can unload all their rubbish on the English always willing to fork out for exceptional machines.
