Nice Marjorcan 1200

This could be interesting, I reckon the seller was looking for a LOT more than that.

Well it seems the current market price is ?7k... I thought it was a reasonable price given it's not a generally cherished 'special' model (ie orange ::) )...

Of course, it was advertised elsewhere for ?12995...

Ebay has changed over recent years, the auction side is not the common way to sell vehicles now. I've noticed on several occasions where it is reasonably obvious that the owner is bidding up prices.

Hence the number of re-listings due to time wasters, some are but i think not all!

Still no contact from the seller ...........  ::)
I'll send another message, then contact Ebay. If he wanted more money, he should have put a reserve on it.
I noticed also that the front wheel is thick web and the rear not. I wonder what happened there?

Have to admit' zero feedback isn't a good sign..
For that year I think thin webs were standard although mine also came with a thick front webbed wheel (since changed out).

Yes, a little concerning ............. I dislike this sort of bullshit.

After all this do you think it could be a scam? Perhaps the seller is away on the mainland or something: it does happen over there (summer months etc..).

I would have thought anyone that advertised something of that value would keep there eye on it, no matter where there are.

... I remember the seller of the Majorcan 1200 was posting at the ILOC forum:
