Nippo Denso: Switch gear.
Very possibly Suzuki, not necessarily originally Laverda, as lettering was a combination of white and orange on the left switch piece when bought.
White lettering on the right hand switch gear.
Cleaned and painted, by me and 'no!' I am not pretending they are perfect.
Functions do all work.

The throttle tube is from Steve at 3D Unobtainium and in my opinion, it's good work.
I bought the switches in horrible condition, in error, as they are not the correct ones for my bike.
Ignorance and enthusiasm are an expensive combination.

Twin cable throttle tube, off/run/engine stop/start, switch gear, including throttle damper, all in good working order. cables 55cm long.

Left hand switch gear, all functioning, new paint fasteners and wire sleeve. Cable 60cm long.
Lights, on/off, main/dip, separate headlight flash button, indicators with press down to cancel function, horn.

Both with new stainless fasteners externally.

€155.00 plus postage.
I just want to get my money back.
I may accept offers or separate but obviously I'd prefer not to.
I'm not charging for the work I put into them to make them presentable and function or the new bits I put in and on, except of course the throttle tube.

I'll be in the UK later this month so could post them in the UK to save postage and customs silliness, but there will obviously be a delay.
I am at present in the Netherlands.
Postage will be extra.
Payment via PayPal possible.

Is that a "push to cancel" indicator knob Charley?

OE Suzuki switches used to have the Suzuki "S" on the underside.

Hi Piet,
I've seen no 'S' for Suzuki, but I'll check again in the morning.
Yes, that is 'OFF' push to cancel the indicators.

Maybe from a later model Laverda than mine?

I have so little experience that I'm the wrong person to ask about these things.
I need to check later wiring diagrams to see if wire colours match later models.

The 2 best mods are push to cancel blinkers and headlight on and off. So many bikes don't have that battery-saving feature.

Having done a bit of research and looking again at the left hand switch gear that I cleaned up earlier this year, I can confirm that it is Suzuki and most probably off an early 80s GS and they were fitted with a specific indicator relay to allow 'Push to cancel' indicators.
Every day is a school day.

The one I have has an internal gate in the switch that just snaps the lever back to the centre with a push. Very simple, no extra electronics.

Thanks for that! As the rest of the block doesn't really match the OE Laverda fitments, I'll be on the lookout for a switch block from which I can rob the indicator switch. Pretty certain it will be much the same as Vince described, the Jap makers didn't go to more trouble than necessary... other than Honda maybe.
