Odyssey battery

My last baterry i bought in computer shop it is for UPS around 30? it works with any problem for last 4-5 jears . It is 18AH and when bike in garage conectet to C-Tek .

I have heard of a few Odyssey batteries of late failing. The rumor is they are starting to make some of the batteries in China. The Chinese made ones are not any better than a cheap battery.

Does it say on the battery, where it was made?

I bought it from Motorworks. They are a serious business and I can't imagine they'd do that ..; )

They claim that running their battery dead flat doesn?t harm it and it can just be recharged at the recommended rate. Also they are to "military standard vibration resistance" so it shouldn?t have fallen apart inside. Have you called them about it?

Well (blush blush) mine wasn't really an Odyssey, it was actually a very cheap Chinese AGM battery I got from Bay. Call them? No...
