Oil leak

Need some help.

My SF don`t want to stop leaking oil on the ignition side after complete rebuild.

Did so far:
-renewed oil seal reseral times (without damaging!)
-used locktite on the tread
-used locktite between oil seal and primary cover
-used locktite between the rotor and shaft, to seal them
-checked the rotor surface where the oilseal seats
-renewed breather ball
-checked free passage breather hose

The crank has been cleaned and balanced at v. Dijk.

I was thinking about to much crankcase pressure? Engine has a large oil pump

Make sure you don't have crap and old sealant bottomed in the cover bolt holes stopping the fixings to pull the cover tight.

I think you'll need to clean all leaked oil using alcohol then look closely for the source of the leak - an SF1 I worked on had a porous crankcase under the ignition area. I use an O-ring under the washer to seal the bolt shaft and the ignition advance flange junction with the oil pump shaft.

Thanks! See what i can find next week. First pluck up courage :)
