1. Searched (Search feature excludes short words like "Air") but cannot find a thread for any reproduced flat air filters. I thought I had seen these here before....
2. Pannier keys I have asked about this before and it was suggested that hand craft a duplicate. Does anyone have an idea of the supplier/manufacturer of the Laverda Panniers?
3. Was there a strap for the accessory rear Parcel Rack? I think there was a strap because there are small loops for securing the rack in a closed position and or securing parcels. I have made a mk 1.0 strap but not happy with it. If there actually was a strap does anyone still have one they could photograph and send me or any old images (promo, factory) of the same?
4. Bases for front side reflectors. I have NOS reflectors but the bases are broken and blistered from fire. I could have these 3D printed but creating a file costs me $250+ and I don't think I would sell enough to recoup that cost. These may just be US "safety" items.

Hi Larry,
No idea of a source for the flat air filters. I'd either make one, or do without.
The keys are certainly generic, as found on kids satchels or some sort of small box.
Reflectors are US only. You didn't need a helmet, but reflectors.
There was a strap. Here are mine from my 3C and my SF2.

Yeah I just thought I would ask the Forum again for these items.

I have the original air filter and a second one in the bike. So I have the tin bits. Will have to look for filter material or a new filter I can cannibalize.

Wolfgang sold me NOS reflectors, still in their Laverda marked packaging but no bases. I have emailed him again, maybe he came across some bases since then.
Some states still do not require helmets, but gotta have your reflectors. This bike is so old and rare there maybe 10 people in this population of 350 million that would spot them as missing. Being a GT it has covers over the top end of the forks. The covers I am using did not have reflectors so there are no telltale empty mounting holes.

My mk1.0 strap is long and I haven't decided if the strap will just hold the rack closed OR also assist in securing parcels. So for the time the strap is longish. Did you make your leather strap?
Previously I used a double sided Velcro strap in red to match bike color.

Good ideas on the key. I have spoken with several locksmiths, some advertising they have it all. But nothing yet. That is why I was wondering about an Italian or European luggage manufacturer. I wonder if GIVI did anything for Laverda.
Previously it was suggested to me to make a key, but the only metal working tools I have is a bench top drill press, hacksaw, metal shears and files. And PRESTO! 20 hours later I have a bad copy of a key.

Another riding friend of mine has this parting comment "Ride fast, take chances!" He is about 75 years old and this motto has worked for him so far. He has 20 or 30 Triumphs. He also lives in Illinois in the central part of the US. He told me a story of him buying a Triumph in Florida and he fly there to complete the purchase and ride the bike home. So he buys a one-way ticket to Florida, has no luggage except MC jacket and helmet. That is when the Air Marshals 👮‍♂️👮‍♂️ stepped in.

The leather strap came with the rack Larry. No doubt a modern add on.

I see you have traded with Wolfgang before, He also sells those repro flat foam air filters......
And, just for interest I attach a pic of my strap I made for the rack. Made it from vintage leather postie panniers. Cut one of the straps off, shortened it and reattached the original brass rivet & buckle. Looks the part although the leather strap is no doubt older than the bike! (Pic makes it look a bit dodgy)

I checked DAM and they want $128 plus shipping from AU to US Zowie!.
