That's some bend in the spokes, standard wheel Marty. If it's a 15 or 16-inch rim you apparently can get 90deg valve type tubes. I forget the code for that style tube.

Weirdest thing I've ever seen! How does that work? 45 degree bend half way through the spoke. Standard. Yes, the 15 inch tube is stock as well with the 90 degree valve.
