Original colour from frame number

Hello - I now have my new to me SF750 in red. Not a colour I am want to keep & whilst rubbing down the tank I noticed there is blue underneath. Its quite possible that this is not the original tank so red or blue may not be the original colour. Are there any factory records that indicate factory colour associated with frame numbers? - Steve

If you want to pick an original colour I believe that you have 16 to choose from!

Thanks guys, I think the colour underneath is Cobalt Blue as listed for an SF & this colour has a RAL number so I will probably go with that

No there aren’t. Only at the start of the 650/750 production back in 1968.
