Hi.
What is the Paint code for a Laverda JOTA. 1979. ?

Closest I have found is RAL 2009.
RAL 2010 is too dark and RAL 2008 is too light.

if you just want to touch up some small marks, VW do an orange that's a good match. They used to paint beetles with it. You can get it from almost anywhere.

When fixing a scratch on my bike we found that RAL 2008 was the one and according to the list they changed around 1979 between  2008 and 2004

Were all 79 "Jotas" orange?

I think so. Can't think of any particular market that had a different colour that year.
Saying that, weren't there some that were black with silver stripes?
