Pannier Key Blanks

Hello All, I am looking for a couple of keys for the Laverda Panniers. I would prefer uncut blanks but would accept cut keys.
I have checked at my local full service locksmith but they don't have any blanks and didn't have any suggestions of where to look.

So I assume any of these blanks would be buried under a deposit of Rocking-Horse excrement, but I have to ask.

PS I will also search online for luggage key suppliers.

I reckon you could make your own with a hacksaw and file if you have no luck. Start with a blank of steel, drill down longditudinally to create the convex profile then just hacksaw and file away for half an hour. Not option one, but better than zip if you're stuck! great job for a person in lockdown for 232 days

I have considered Additive manufacturing.
Not really stuck, just greedy and want at least a second copy.

3D printing, that’s what I would have done.

The way I'd do it would be start with a bit of sheet metal near enough to the right thickness then make a tool to punch the indent into it.

You can get keys cut from a photograph. There seem to be plenty of people offering this service.

When I'm dieting I cut out photos of salads and eat them.
