Hi Tony, as has been said good luck with the treatment ,stay positive and I wish you well.

Keeping an eye on the parts sale, many thanks for listing them.
Best Regards

Steve

Thanks everyone for your good wishes, I'm out of treatment now and doing ok (minus an eye) but it concentrates the mind! That and friend dealing with a deceased relatives estate having to scrap the remains of 3 triumphs left in a roofless shed for years during a long illness. On a lighter note(!) I'll post more items later, if the prices are way out tell me, Im selling on here to hopefully help other owners keep their bikes on the road, although some beer money's always welcome as Ive had to give up work!

Hi . I thought cam boxes were all the same on 180s? Where are you located? I'm in Kettering.
Hi Tony, as on my avatar I’m in Silverstone.
I lived in Rothwell for 13 years then Walgrave after that. I’ve been in Silverstone for over 20 years, I worked for the circuit.
I’m interested in the cam box.
Robin

Sorry didn't notice location! Have you had laverdas long, I've always lived around here and had mine since 82. More photos below. I'll keep the cover aside for you . Have you seen my second post?

Hi Tony,
If you had an air box I’d be interested.
I came to Kettering in 1981 to work for MCN who were above Burtons in the high street. I’ve had 49 bikes so far, but when young could not afford a Laverda. I raced a 500 in 2013 for a few years and have owned 5 now to date.
Can I PayPal you for the cam box?

We must of met at some stage! I had my laverda in 82 and my girlfriend at the time lived in the Three Cocks pub where severel mcn guys used to pop in. Lots of radiotherapy to my head has blunted the memory! I couldn't afford the laverda either but after 30 odd years I've had my monies worth. Regards camcover I've got a little job coming up in Harpole sometime in the next couple of weeks so could drop it over to you then.

Ok, I will send you a private message with my phone number and you can call me when the time is good for you.
Ref The Three Cocks, Bob Berry the editor and Norrie White Road Race reporter were often in the pub. Norrie was huge Scottish gent, you wouldn’t forget him, a shock of white hair. A girl who worked behind the bar was Carole Walton, dark long hair with a grey streak in the middle.
