For those in California who own a RGS 1000, I just dropped my personalized plate for a generic one. That means “RGS1000” is available again if anyone wants to apply for it. I don’t know how long it takes the system to reset, but I dropped the plate on Friday, so you might want to try an online application to see what happens.
