An interesting tool. Presumably model specific due to the cutouts for cylinder studs ?
it came in Kawasaki factory packaging, marked for KZ 650, and included the thin coat hangar like bent rods to slide under all four pistons to stop things moving around. Once the barrel slides as far down the piston as possible the ends of the cylinder liners touch the frame work of the compression tool, which then conveniently uncouples and breaks down into 2 main pieces. Slide them out, then slide the thin rods out from under the pistons, and tap the barrel the rest of the way home...An interesting tool. Presumably model specific due to the cutouts for cylinder studs ?
