Preload adjustment

They are better but the springs are way to heavy so hard to tell yet. I have some more springs on the way so more soon. At least now they move normally, and the bike is stable, pulls up nicely, just needs to be a little more compliant.  More soon. Posted in my other rolling thread what the problems were with the way they were.
