Previously unknown definition of "Original Condition"

It's not a 69 750S
and it's not original.

Missing Parts (Instruments).

The Beatles would say
"let it be".

3700GBP isn't extreme I would say, not knowing the engine condition... he claims it runs and starts well, not sure if he has had any other Laverda to compare it to... Add the missing parts, exchange the cut-out covers and give it a gooooood service and see where you are financially.

Wow ... that is ... umm ... i like the upper cutaway on the starter side cover ... if you're gonna factory up your cafe racer with pseudo SFC cutaways why stop there?!

You are kidding or not aware of current prices.
£3700 is the price of a complete original bike.

Those Lothar are asking prices.
Nobody should be paying more than €5 to 6000 for a very original healthy 750. And if you look around, you should find a fine 750 for €4000.
Even in the UK asking prices are a lot lower than what you've shown.
The only price that matters any way is the price of the deal.

sure enough, but who says you can not negotiate on that 3.700GPB, which is also nothing else but an asking price...? ;-)

Compared to what is offered over here, it is not to far off - just what I said.

That would be a VERY early engine then... Propably/obviously really a "bitsa" (or POP?). Still, if you rip it apart, you sell the engine for around 1200 - 1500€, frame for a couple of hundreds, wheels, carbs, tank, seat etc. - then you get again to 3.000 or above...

Prices in DE are very different, but I have no idea why some think they can sell a 750 for more than 11k € ??
