No, they are close but not quite the same. The Jota America has chromed end caps and light chroming on the metal parts of the pegs, along with many other nuts and bolts chromed. Perhaps it was a marketing tool aimed at the USA, or maybe it just looks better.

These were plated, but age has dimmed them.
Mine, fifty years old, still shine. The fatter rubbers, on the old type, were more comfortable, for those on the pillion.

My '68 has a chromed dished end and c/s slotted screw (original) on one side, the RHS went walkies...

Anyone have the chrome end piece and screw??

They were rivetted, originally. Can be stripped for replating and are, more often than not, bolted/screwed afterwards.
Can be found on EBay, as here;

Laverda 3C/Jota rear footrest. In good used condition with very tight hinge action. Slight scrape on the end and usual patenae commensurate with age. The foot rest rubber is has no noticeable wear. MANY OTHER LAVERDA PARTS AVAILABLE.

I've got about 4 of them, some still riveted, some bolted.
