5 Lavs in there (just punch Laverda into the search) - for me and value for money, the 'Jota' and the orange SFC1000 (probably the nicest looking orange triple I've seen).

Mein Gott, that 'SF1' (interesting decision to call it a 1972 SF1 ...?????) - handlebar pos looks positively inviting for anyone, let alone any of us ageing forumsters!! I'm putting my money of the fairing dictating where the bars went? Throw in a rearsets that are about 3 inches too far back and my back aches just thinking about it!

I'm sorry, but there is just so much to hate about that build. A$25k? Tell 'em they're .... drea....

:D  Good on you Skeeta!  Nice to see you haven't taken too much offence from the barrage of Marzo shock jokes! We like to to dish it out on here!

That mess of a replica has been for sale for at least 3 years

Help me out - why is it a mess of a replica?  Aside from personal choices like handlebar config and paint job, whats wrong about it - maybe the shocks look like an earlier model?  Not a Mirage? How can you tell?

Just wondering... ???

Talking about the SF, not the Mirage. The SFC 'rep' is wrong in so many ways, I couldn't be bothered going there.

The mirage looks fine nick, you thinking of skipping over the border with it?  Steve McQueen style over the road block!

Go to Victoria, nah, one ex Victorian 1200 is enough for me - but I see the guy has also listed an SFC1000 for an eye watering $36,500

Good luck to him  ;)

If your after a riders bike to clock up some k's on,  it would be good buying at 20k !
But for a collector to park up and profiteer off 5 yrs down the track........ Its the wrong model.
