RGS stainless brake disc

Yes, have done same, but with an undrilled Brembo cast iron, using a drill press and hole saw. Takes a while to drill all the little holes!! I bolted the undrilled disc to a drilled one for the pattern.

Nice to see you have done similar. 3 dics : 504 holes, drill press on maximum rpm.. had to grind the drillbit a few times. The H...a disc are thick so machining on both sides they ended up 6.4mm.
I did the same approx 100 000 km ago on my RGS (1130cc ), so the modified s.steel disc are tried and tested.
These "new" ones made because I had them laying in my workshop for many years.. so either make them useful or throw them in the bin.

Seventies H...a s.steel disc ( plentyful and cheap on ebay ) can be modified / machined to suit Laverdas ( pictures ). I guess I´m not the first to do this, but for those who has not and owns a lathe and a drill press it can be done. You need a little patient though drilling all those holes.
Regards.
What kind of pads do you use with them? I recall those stainless discs being bloody awful!
