RGS Tachometer not working

Hi, 

New bike in the collection is an RGS.  One slight problem is the tachometer doesn't work.  I have searched the the site but unable to find any direction to repair it.  Can anyone recommend someone who may be able to restore the unit.

New ones from Wolfgang - not just sure who can repair commercially but some have repaired the weights and connections
