All this debate about left and right gear changes. I was reading up on Bultaco Trials and found this comment by 3 times world trials champion Vesterinen. Senor Bulto is the founder of Bultaco?

Interesting concept...

Yrjo Vesterinen: ?Senor Bulto explained it to me, he said that there is a nerve connection between the left arm and the right leg, and vice versa. In other words, the left arm knows what the right leg is doing. Clutch to gear change, brake to brake. He said that this is the natural way for humans and the Japanese got it wrong! He demonstrated this by walking along and swinging his arms back and forth. I immediately tried it myself and I agree!?.

"Do you aim with the left or the right eye?"

very relevant if you shoot (as in guns/rifles you perves) is knowing which of your two eyes is the dominant one, since bifocal human vision, works on a lead/lag process, non shooters generally do not know which is their dominant eye or how to find that out.
CLEM

ps I am right handed but left eye dominant, consequently I shoot from the left shoulder

All of the adult males that taught me stuff as a kid were leftys and I am a righty. Made handling a cricket bat or tennis racket as a kid not so easy till I worked out what was happening. I am right eye dominant and right-handed but hold a rifle left-handed. My head gets in the rode of that.

Left handed is called kaggey handed due to the fact most tools were made right handed 🤔 but my nan did have a good left hook according to grandad 🧙‍♂️
Regards Andy 😁

I have never seen a left handed chain saw, I don't think they exist, but you can never tell.

Left handed nurses are usually taught from scratch, how to operate and perform tasks at the bedside of an ailing human, by right handed senior teaching nurses, they don't even know what they are doing, I have spent a lot of time in hospital beds, and have made a study of this, left hand writing nurses, working right handed at the bedside

You can"t get a LH chainsaw, have to get your certificate using it and always in future using it right handed, so I didn't bother ,not worth cutting a leg off later!I do have lh secateurs though.
