What a guitar player. Still entertaining me in my living room to this very day, and for along time yet.

I saw the later version of Fleetwood in Sydney in the 80s and they did a version of this,it made me search out the Peter Green original. What a talent, but a troubled life. I spent the morning playing his music. RIP

I think the first I heard of him was when 'Albatross' got airplay - in the late 60s.

His contributions enriched all of our lives.

I was lucky enough to see him a couple of times on his "comeback" with The Splinter group, some say he was past his best, well he must have been bloody incredible before. I saw him at a small gig at Ronnie Scotts in Soho just couple of hundred people there, check out the live album if you ever see it. RIP Greenie

Man of the world my favourite too, but it was Oh well and The Green Manalishi that caught my attention. Thanks to Peter Green I got interested in blues music.. RIP

Peter Green and Rory Gallagher were my favourite blues men.  Green Manalishi, Blackmagic Woman, Man of the World, Oh Well, and my favourite tune to test out a new axe in music shops - Albatross.

A sublime player, and a superb composer of music.

The album and song ?Oh Well? holds up exceptionally well today. More than a great guitarist, Green was a visionary musician. Am so appreciative of his work.
