Roman Pottery

I saw that w/c engine on a stand at Birmingham show a good few years ago, it was in a glass case, I was very curious to see if it was 100% metal, never was quite sure, but since they did have a runner, it might well have been, they would have needed to build a proper two seat tourer to get me excited.I have pictures, but cannot find them.

I wouldn't call it ugly but there was zero appeal to the Laverda crowd. Just so stupid when they actually built and raced a Triple in Moto GP that was so powerful it was almost unrideable according to Colin Edwards. But there sadly was no Marketing advantage to their core brand, and there wasn't with that V twin Badged Laverda either. Very confusing to me. I think there was a Scooter Crash in the bike market just about then and it all went away.

Not sure if these have been posted before. Somebody has an imagination and computer skills.
really nice renderings, and nice design, appealing to me at least. There was a guy a while back that did his idea of what the Morini 9 1/2 could look like, I would have bought that at the drop of a hat. I like the fact there is some resemblance to a bike that uses its fore bearer's name. That said I had paid a deposit for the Norton Atlas Ranger, and Im gutted that the new owners of Norton didnt continue with this line. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Although not to everyone's taste, the Aprilia SFC would have attracted some buyers. I'm seriously considering 'modifying' the '03 RSVR Mille in my garage to resemble the prototype.
