Ross Racing pistons

To those who have used these forged Ross Racing pistons for a 750, what's the best cylinder clearance- does it need to be different than the OEM specs due to being forged and not cast? I'm waiting for a reply from Wolfgang but thought I'd also ask here, thanks

What size make Ross Racing piston in, for LAVERDA 750

seeing you are in USA, imperial clearance size for 80.5mm or 81.0mm pistons use, 0.003" - 0.0035" clearance

I use 0.075mm - 0.08mm for a bare alloy piston
If the piston has ceramic coated crown and dry film coated skirt I use 0.06mm - 0.065mm

Thank very much for answering my question- 80.5 pistons are being used for the rebore

ROSS design Top Line Pistons - rather expensive but they stand by their warranty with great communication.
