Sachse Ignition trouble

A couple days ago I jumped up and down about how great this ignition was...now I am having troubles.
The bike runs GREAT for 15 minutes then starts cutting out. I put a different set of carbs on and have the same trouble so I am sure it is ignition related.
I have new coils, double checked the wiring etc. There are two leds on the pickup plate and when the misfiring is happening one is solid and one is flashing. The flasher is for the cylinder that is misfiring (center). I have been emailing Volker and there are a few things I can still check but I wanted to know if anyone has had similar trouble.

Check Battery voltage while running... all electronic ignition are sensitive to low voltage.

Sometimes Batteries fail just all of a sudden.... enough voltage for starting but cutting out will running...

Have seen brand new Odysse fail.. :-*

Which regulator do you use? If none or original, voltage might be to high for the battery..
...new regulator - rectifier too.

Sounds like the sensor board has a heat sensitivity problem - new one on the way.

Thanks for all the suggestions

Hi MV are you sure it's the sensor board I am having a similar problem with a Sachse ignition in a S1 engine but my problem is in the ignition box luckily I have identified the problem by swapping a box off my other Laverda.
my ignition would just cut out no reason then restart no reason no backfiring though.

My problem is very repeatable - runs great for a while then starts cutting out on one cylinder, let it cool down runs great then repeat the cutting out. It seems to be thermally related. The box is under the seat and doesn't feel warm. The only other indicator is that one of the LEDs flickers and one is solid. The flickering LED is the one that drives the middle cylinder and that one is fouling the plug if you run it too long. I have no way to eliminate the box as the problem but we'll see what happens when the new sensor board arrives...

mauricejota7604 Does yours drop all cylinders? If it does that's a different problem than I have.

Picture insert test...
