I would like to know the material, treatment and dimensions (external and internal diameter) and thickness of the washer originally mounted on the first series 750 SFC.

I used exactly that, a big nilon washer then what they call a large mudguard stainless washer plus a cupped stainless washer and a raised button-headed cap screw. It's pretty complicated but it finishes any seat or fairing fix, spreads the load and reduces any damage. My other obsession is using bolts that are exactly the right length, protruding approximately 2 or 3mm past any nut. I hate cutting bolts to length, yes I know you can grind a bevelled edge and add a nut beyond the cut to wind back to clean its thread but I hate compromising any thread so I prefer buying bolts that fit exactly. I also obsess about lubricating threads, I gaulled a huge bolt once in a very odd position that turned into a nightmare fix, so much easier to just add some lube.
