Although the intervals on your service sheet are quoted on Laverdamania, in my experience it's rather extreme to replace bearings and chains/cush rubbers at the indicated intervals. Check by all means, but I would expect quality items to last longer unless you're jet washing the bike or subjecting it to 'extreme conditions'. Similarly, things like carb cleaning & seal replacement is more down to age/usage than mileage. You can do more damage unecessarily stripping down than not!
Anyway, one thing worth regular attention is greasing the swingarm bearings - I'd recommend 'pumping your gun' every oil change interval. And replacing brake/clutch fluid every 2 years should not be overlooked, plus checking/replacing the clutch slave cylinder O-ring. Regular greasing of all lever pivots is also worthwhile. That together with properly adjusted chains, carbs, ignition timing and valve clearances make for a sublime riding experience! 8)
