SF2 restoration in Vancouver,Canada region For Sale

Stumbled on a restored SF2 on seemingly peoples social media darling Facebook. It's green and has a
cutdown seat and overall looks very pretty but the price I'm guessing is the amount the restorer put into
the bike and thinks thats how value is established. Shout out to Steve G,it's in Surrey somewhere.

Mr. Beauchemin on the island might be interested. Could you be a bit more specific as to which part of faecebook to look for?

I spotted this bike March 23rd. I forwarded it to the local classifieds list of the classic bike club.
IMO, the asking price of this particular machine, particular model, considering the regional market, is dreaming in extreme technicolor. This is clearly the season of the sellers market here in the Pacific Northwest, where prices of everything is higher than normal, yet this machine sits into its 3rd week. Lovely bike, too much money.
 
If it was an earlier SF drum brake, it would be more here in Metro Van City, cause the early ones didn’t have an importer, way more rare than the disc brake models.
 
Is this another a case of ‘I don’t really want/need to sell, so unless someone offers me my high price it will just sit there’?
Problem is, if it does just sit there, in the meantime it just deteriorates from lack of use and then costs, whoever eventually buys it, even more money.

There is one of those in Delta. It came from the Trev Deeley collection. Guy wants to sell it but won't give a number. I told him I could only offer him $11K and he wasn't interested.
Nice looking bike.
