This is probably a dumb question, but did you have your meter on the correct Ohms scale?
You're using resistor plugs so will need a scale >5 KOhms. Any lower scale will read as no conductivity.
If the plug is really open circuit, then as Tippie said, it could be blowing the resistor. But I'm gobsmacked that an ignition system could do that to any spark plug of reasonable quality like NGK. Makes me think you might have a batch of fake NGK plugs. Apparently counterfeit NGK plugs are quite common, and are rubbish. There's plenty of info on internet about identifying them.
I'm surprised an Electronic Sachse ignition would fire the plugs when switched on. I thought they were better designed than that.
I'd be interested to have a look at a "blown" plug. I'd like to take it apart and see how it's failed. Simple enough to take one apart. You just have to remove the crimped edge (ideally in a lathe, but do-able with a grinder) that holds the porcelain insulator in.
I'm showing my age here, but I remember the good old days of Lodge spark plugs that you could take the innards out of, clean with various wire brushes and then reassemble. The porcelain insulator was retained by a threaded collar rather than a crimped edge.
