SFC forks

Just looking at the SFC for sale on Gumtree. Can anybody confirm if the fork stanchions as supplied from the factory are flush with the top yoke or as in this picture here.

its correct as in the pics. Factory setting was - I think - something like 3,5 or 4cm above the top yoke.

Mine is (was) the same as on the picture. Last year I placed the clip-ons on top and makes driveability much more comfortable.
