Hi folks

Does anyone have a correct drawing of the early footrestplates for the sfc. I have acces to cnc waterjet and routing machinary so I thought about making a pair for my replica project.

Be aware that there were 2 sorts of carriers (although a similar triangular shape was used), the early ones were different on each side (the LHS having an horizontal top edge, the top edge of the RHS plate coming down downward) while on the second model both plates were identical (sloped downward). If this is for a replica with the common exhaust fitted, you may need the second type.

3 different ones in fact, on the 5000 the upper edge sloped downwards, the 8000 batch was asymmetrical left and right and the 11000 both sides ran horizontally. All look alike but are actually different. Each batch has its own exhaust system which explains the differences.

Thanks for the information!

Yes, we are talking 750sfc.
I feel a bit stupid though. I allways thought I had an eye details but there you go...I guess I have to keep up my research. However I think the 5000 batch looks best.
