SFC750 fairing bosses

Can anyone confirm that the two fairing bosses are located centrally, height wise, on the headstock. Or otherwise?

I’m welding them on soon, and thought I’d get confirmation before sticking them on.

Not exactly central, see pic attached of my '74 SFC frame, currently naked - rule is aligned to bottom of headstock tube.
Looks like lower is up 55mm, upper is down 35mm relative to headstock tube ends.
Let me know if more precision or other detail needed.

You plan on running it with that unsilenced 2/1 CK?! Good luck keeping the law off yer back as soon as you open the throttle in gear or roll it off!

I always thought that was why the shifter was on the right on my SFC ........ so I could use my left foot to cover the end of the exhaust whenever there were any gendarmes in the vicinity. Only had a blister a few times .......

Exactly what I did on my SF with that system, the morning after fitting it, riding through the high-rise buildings of Perth CBD with deafening reverberation. Fitted some silencing to it that day.

I'm embarrassed but making some progress towards that project getting to the top of the list , too many toys, too little time.

Nah, my left foot isn't all that mobile anymore. I opted for the silenced version from Mr Cox.
