Silencers/Mufflers/Exhaust egress device weights

I got looking at my stockpile of exhaust parts waiting to get polished and I decided to see how much they weigh.

The stock exhaust from my 3C (1975 version) weighs 2.469 kg or 5 lbs 7.10 ounces. LAVERDA - DGM 10867 S

The Jota style pipes on my 3C (1974 version) weighs 1.853 kg or 4 lbs 1.35 ounces. LAV-DGM 10867 S/C

The aftermarket Jota style (M Cox version ) weighs 1.515 kg or 3 lbs 5.45 ounces. No ident on pipe. No polishing needed either.

There is some minor differences in the pipes near the beginning of the silencers (the factory Jota style have a re-inforcing bracket as well).

none of them will fit properly, clear the standard type brake pedal, or allow the chain to run accross and not drag when pushing the bike around, this is what you need.

Interesting. They fit well and caused none of those problems before I took them off (excepting the MC pipes .... never installed yet).

I will have a close look when I put everything back together.
