Slater Jota Silver Color

Does anyone know if there is a code or description for the correct early Slater Jota silver? My bodywork has been painted yellow although the tank paint underneath is rubbing off. Do I just try to match what is underneath?

A it gives the paint name for Black as "Verkehrsweiß" which is "Traffic White" I wouldn't count on it too much....

For what its worth 9006 is not the colour its way to bright. Ive just had an orig silver panel paint scanned and got a great match. And the bikes been laid up in a dark garage for 40 yrs so its not a faded panel

There is , or was , one Jota owner who didn`t worry too much about colour codes ( or even color codes ) ..... at the BMF Rally around `82 , parked behind the main hall was a `77 Jota which was completely chromed out .... everything except the tyres , seat and handlebar grips was chrome , chrome , and more chrome ....... It was a sunny day and it almost hurt your eyes just to look at it .........
