Hi Gert.
.Regarding sales: it's very quiet, you can see that it's the same bikes that are for sale, people are very careful about buying/investing in older motorcycles, and unfortunately I think it will only be at the forefront, you also think who have to buy our old Laverda's, the younger men are interested in the brand again: Laverda, plus most museums can't afford to buy more bikes, unfortunately I think we are facing a difficult time, plus the politicians want all the people over and runs on electric vehicles.

Lovely looking bike and might be tempted if it was in Australia.
Actually I am watching intently this supposed collapse of the market and hoping I can pick up a nice SF2.
Perhaps wishful thinking in Aus?

There are many good bikes of varied makes in Australia. A few are for sale but Australian prices are prohibiting. Maybe it is just those listed on "bikesales" but, jeeze, talk about flying a high kite. There must be something in the water, especially NSW and WA.

Since buying a 750SF here in the states I've been looking at selling prices more, and I've noticed that Laverdas tend to sell for more here. A few 750s listed at dealerships here are going for @ $12K and up, and 1000s are @ $20K and up. BAT here has sold a few including the one I bought.
I've noticed that Australian prices are high across the board. It's all based on supply and demand-

Don't forget aud is back in the doldrums, 0.67usd. It is also expensive to ship anything here and import, so that also has an effect. And as pointed out, there is demand.
