Sorry, I am not your boy and the infos given should be based on facts. Tensil strength of pure aluminiun is about 90 mPa and Ergal may be around 500, depends how it is treated- so where is the factor 50?
Most of Al alloys are about 180 to 220 mpa which is sufficent for those levers. 😜
