Today in ny workshop:
4 pcs new Spaceframe gear lever

Nice work! How did you create the splines in the levers? I created a Jota style lever out of an old broken 750 std lever (all done with files and a hacksaw!) and then had it sandblasted to get the matt finish. Pic shows Jota original top and mine bottom.

Cool! A swaging tool. Did you have to make the tool or can you buy such things? And do you ram it through in a press? Is it tapered? I ask because I went with a modified std lever rather than create from scratch because i couldn't think of an inexpensive way to create the splines.
