Dear all,

I have the bosch cap on my spark plugs:

Bosch code on the cover is 0 356 351 010 - 5Khom.

Unfortunately the puppy inside it seems ruined, please see the pic:

I wonder if there is a way to replace it and save the cap.

Thank for your adivices!
L.

First option I guess would be to google the part number and see if there are any out there for sale (e-bay) etc though you may find them quite pricey.
If it is similar to the Kawasaki type you can remove the two halves of the metal outer casing quite easily to reveal the inner cap, then (thinking out loud) you may then have options of either removing the damaged parts and replacing them from another plug cap if that is at all possible? or fitting another cap of a similar type then fitting your outer casing to it?

Otherwise its replace them all with new items.

Dear all
Did someone ever try to open the casing? (And then reasembling..)
I wouldn't damage more then it is...

Thanks for your advices

If it's not full originality you required, then ngk do a metal shrouded version of the 5k ohm plug. Look OK from a few meters away.
