Sprint Bike Racing?

I know they have the Sprint Car racing in United States (those cars are blindingly fast ....... but not on TV .... only when you go to the track can you see the acceleration).

I'm just wondering if this SF was adapted for a two wheel version.

During the virus I got a few emails from Micheals Laverda email list, thats been going for a few decades

Frame looks very light. In those days it was common to have big tail sections on race bikes, supposed to restrict the low pressure pocket behind the bike but I guess it worked better in theory. Lots of development in that bike. Isn't speedway and flat track the equivalent of sprint racing on bikes?

That's a copy of a Seeley frame. Actually I thought it was a Seeley frame but then I checked Steve B's link to the Eurocycles pages...
