standard Jota/3C foot rests and gear/brake controls

Due to arthiritic knee, I need to ditch the rearsets and think about reverting back to original footrest/controls, etc.
It's either this or sell the bike 
Are there any out there? Preferably the entire parts needed to convert back.
Sorry, no exchanges...the rearsets have to stay with the bike.
