My Laverda 1200 parts manual shows different part numbers for Cerriani versus Marzo metal steering stops. What is the difference and are they interchangeable?
One type is flat underneath and the other has lugs facing down, requiring different stops. I have just screwed a bar of aluminium across the top of my original (Ceriani) steering stop to use with my Marzo clamps.
The steering stops at my Formula are rubber bushes at the frame , which limited the steering angle to a very small one. I cut it with a saw of half their lenght
