Sunday ISO ride

Man, what a sound.. Argy fires up just fine, enough to shut the early morning crows up for a change.. sick of listening to them carns in ISO silence..
Onto the D'ag Hwy and hook up with Deano who has already done the range once this morning getting here..
Here's Mark M (he who rides alone) arriving with Seffie as we hang out with a spliff and quiet sip waiting for Levo, Lowy and the Sunshine Coast lads.. aah, here they come. Lovely sound of the mighty Lav pack arriving.. righto, all hugs and handshakes dispensed with and away we go.. fast blast up the Mt Mee hill.. hmmm, not many cars around today..?!.. more room for us I suppose. ;)
Up over the top at great pace and charge through all those lovely sweeping corners along the top of the range, blitzkrieg the village and out the other side.. cracking on now, Jotas and Argys arguing for position.. through the forest and that dodgy pair of dipping esses, nod to Shiney, roar by the dairy and then down that awesome hill full of switch backs and hard braking opportunities.. pick it up and gas it big time to give Rad a smile as we blast past.. relax a little as the bottom of the hill opens and rip into Dayboro, bash on the door of the Pub.. "OPEN UP YA BASTARDS.. WE'RE BAAACCKKK.!!!!"

Did this run happen..? perhaps not, but it will one day, and I just thought after over 14 days (long enough to get COVID and return..) without one, it was time for a Ride and Race report..

Ahhh Ian looking forward to that. Have been out almost every day what with 98 @ $1.13 per its been fairly cheap .On my back roads up here no cops, a few cars its been really good ,bit lonely though . Just read that they are going to relax  some of the restrictions ,as of next weekend two people can ride their together . So if you ride with Deano and I ride with Lowy and you ride with Lowy and I ride Deano and Drikko rides ......you get the picture. Maybe next weekend . Lets make a plan.

That's the idea Andy..
If MotoGP can do virtual.. ;)

What if you could, what would be your favourite first ride..?

All good Q, as Mount Glorious is only 30.5 km from home.  Giddy-up!  :D

But Mark I doubt you will ride there in a straight line  :D :D
Yes your Honour, however I humbly suggest I did remain within 50 kilometres of my home during the entire route, as stated by her Excellency the Premier of Queensland.
".. that people must remain within 50 kilometres of their home."

I just saw a post on Facebook, NSW Ducati site. Ben Fordum interviewing Gladis and straight from her. Motorcycling is classed as exercise and as long as you maintenance distancing its 100% OK in NSW

Maaate, as you well know, for some time, one has avoided riding the mountain on the weekends. The mountains are invaded by pharken motor-bicyclists and PC pharken Plods.
Midweek, I'll make and pack a Thermos and head up to my favourite ferns and talk to the goannas. Reckon I'm dealing with this social isolation gig rather well.  :D

Reckon you are too maate.. particularly if you are planning to talk to the goannas..
Must be something in the thermos huh.. ;)
Enjoy my friend and we will catch up on the other side..
