One last thing regarding camels , deserts and so on ........ ( I promise ) ......
It`s an old joke you`ve probably already heard ........
A group of army blokes were stationed at a camp in the desert , miles from anywhere ........
One young bloke was fed up of spending the evenings with nothing to do , and alone , thinking of all the bright lights , action , and good times he was missing out on .......
He mentioned this to his pals , and they said that if they were ever feeling lonely , and needed a bit of company , then they would use one of the camels ......
Our chap thought about this , wasn`t too struck on the idea ....... but if needs must , and if that`s what they did ...... well , then he`d give it a go .....
The following morning he related his experiences with the camel to the others , saying he could see what they meant , and it was better than nothing .....
An awkward silence followed , followed by one of his pals explaining to him .......... " Yeah , except we use the camel to travel to the nearest town " .........
