Swinging arm bearing source

Hi All.

I'm intending to convert my Monty swing arm bushes from the wobbly rubber ones to the needle roller setup.
Can anyone advise me where I cn get the components, and what I actually need?

I'm assuming the rollers don't bear on the spindle so there must be inner sleeves and spacers, or a long inner sleeve.
Also, how is the end float adjusted? Are there top hat spacers and shims?

Thanks in advance for any replies,

Steve.

There's various ways of doing it Steve, have a look at the bushes vs needles thread and you'll see a pic of the conversion on my 500 frame. It took a bit of effort but it's so effective I'm pleased I did it. The bearings were sourced from a local bearing shop. They're not necessarily off the shelf items but you'll certainly get them on an overnight service. I also had a 17mm hollow axle made up. The needle rollers are available with sleeves with a choice of different internal dimensions which allows a choice of axle sizes. Of course if you fit a large diameter axle you'll need to open out the frame brackets.
