That Bosch switch!!

I decided to strip the wiring from the headlight on my 1970 750SF, so I could fix the mess and replace the toggle switch someone had installed to turn the lights on.
The wiring is a mess but that's and easy fix and one I enjoy doing, but the Bosch switch..on disassembly the insulating ring/washer was a crumble of epoxy and plastic, the rest was just plain dirty and should clean up with some TLC.

So the question is, and I expect some laughter. Has someone measured the ring and kept the dimensions as I've noted they and no longer available?

If I can get some accurate dimensions I'll draw it up for 3D printing and put it on "Thingyiverse" for others.

Bear in mind that the same Bosch switch mechanism was used on other bikes, for example, the BMW /5 twins of the same era.

Parts to rebuild the switch can be found, for example this kit on ebay BMW /5 key switch parts.

The Bosch part number for the washer 1 300 212 011 is shown in the early Laverda 750 spare parts list as are many of the Bosch parts for the dynamo, regulator, starter relay, and headlamp. Worth trying vintage BMW (and Volkswagen) parts specialists for many of those bits.
